The classified ad section of www.wndu.com is an interactive service operated by Michiana Telecasting Corp.(MTC) and its television station, WNDU-TV. The site provides information provided by various sources. In order to protect the interests of all users and those providing information content, MTC has established the following rules for all users. By registering as a user of the site, users agree to follow the following terms and conditions: MTC does not and cannot monitor all of the site's content, including information provided by third parties. Users agree that MTC shall not be liable under any conditions for third party content and acknowledge that MTC has the sole right to eliminate any content that MTC deems inappropriate, inconsistent with this agreement, obscene, defamatory, illegal, or in violation of others' rights. MTC reserves the right to report any content deemed offensive or illegal to law enforcement authorities. Vehicle, property, and merchandise information on the site is provided by the seller. MTC does not authenticate or warrant the accuracy or totality of the information. Any conflicts, disagreements or discrepancies in content information are not the responsibility of MTC and must be addressed by seller and buyer. MTC, its website, and its employees, agents, officers and content providers make no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the website content, including any advertising material, or any results that may or may not be realized from use of the site. MTC, its employees, officers and agents shall not be liable under any circumstances for any damages or losses resulting from or caused by its website or its content.
