You will need to know a little bit about the item you wish to sell. For example, if you are placing an ad to sell your car you should know the make, model, year, standard equipment, and your asking price. 4) How much does a WNDU.com classified ad cost? Ads on WNDU.com are FREE!. Your ads will run for 21 days. After 21 days, if you wish, you can extend your ad for free. 5) Why do I need to set up a personal account? You will need to set up a personal account to renew and edit your ad. You can also login and see how many times your ad has been viewed. This information is kept privately by WNDU.com and will not be shared with outside parties. We will need this information to send an e-mail notification to you of approval, disapproval, or renewal of your ad. Please read our Privacy Policy under Terms and Conditions. 6) How do prospective buyers contact me? The choice is yours as to how you would like to be contacted - via e-mail, phone or both. You must choose one method at least so prospective buyers will be able to contact you. 7) How is my identity protected? Your personal account information is not shared with the general public and is for WNDU purposes only. Since you determine how you would like to be contacted by e-mail, or phone, or both, you have the control over your own identification. For example in listing your contact information you may not want to use your full name and can choose to use initials along with an e-mail address to be contacted. Please see our privacy policy for more details. 8) Can I have more than one ad running at a time? Sure, you can have several ads running at the same time, but you must build each ad separately. 9) When will my ad appear in the WNDU.com classifieds? Your ad will appear within 3 business days. WNDU.com reserves to right to approve ads as they are placed on our website. When your ad is approved, you will receive an email notification that your ad is live. 10) Can I edit or extend my ad? Definitely. When you create your WNDU.com classified account you wil be asked to create a personal password. You can log in to the WNDU.com classified section to review, edit, or extend your ad using your e-mail address and password. To edit or extend your ad just use the easy to follow steps. You will be notified via email when your ad expires. 11) Can I place my classified ad via fax or phone? WNDU.com classified ads can only be placed through the WNDU.com website. No ads can be accepted via the phone or fax. 12) What's the limit to the number of ads I can place? The WNDU.com classified section is designed for private party sales only. Some states limit the number of private party ads you can place each year before being classified as a dealer. If this is a concern please check with your state. 13) What happens if I forget my password? WNDU.com will be happy to assist you in retrieving your password. You can click on the link here to retrieve your password either by having the password sent to the e-mail address from your personal profile, or if you have a password hint in your profile you can retrieve the hint immediately. 14) How can I view my ad on the WNDU.com website? Viewing your ad on WNDU.com is simple. Just click on the classified tab at the top of the WNDU.com homepage. Then click on the tab for the type of ad you placed-auto, home, or job. The most recent postings will appear. If your ad is not one of the recent postings click on the "Find a" tab and enter the description of the item you wish to view.
